1. Acceptance

By using Fotobewaren you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is:

• Illegal under Dutch or EU law
• Explicit sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited)
• Malware, phishing, or spam
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

3. Anonymous uploads

Images uploaded without an account expire after 30 days and are publicly accessible via their unique link.

4. Credits and billing

Credits are non-refundable except where required by Dutch consumer law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Takedowns

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice. To report content, email [email protected].

6. Liability

Fotobewaren is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party claims.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
